CLEAN Environmental was originally formed in 2015 and reorganized in 2019. Founder and Owner, Lucas Hornsby, is an Environmental Professional and Environmental Scientist. Lucas holds degrees in Construction Technology and Management and Environmental Management-Policy from Louisiana State University and Southeastern Louisiana University, respectively and boasts more than 17 years of experience combined in the construction, environmental and construction engineering and environmental science/management fields. He also holds certifications in ASTM Certifications in Phase I-II Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate and Property Condition Assessment .
